Block Out Level 21 takes 56 drags. Each block is drawn in its color and size; (column, row) is the block's top-left cell.

Part 1: Step 1

1. Drag red 2×1 block at (5,1) out through the red gate on the top edge.

Part 2: Steps 2–6

2. Drag green 2×1 block at (3,1) to (5,1).
3. Drag red 2×1 block at (3,2) to (3,1).
4. Drag yellow 2×1 block at (5,2) to (3,2).
5. Drag green 2×1 block at (5,1) to (5,2).
6. Drag red 2×1 block at (3,1) out through the red gate on the top edge. The blue gate on the top edge opens.

Part 3: Steps 7–8

7. Drag yellow 2×1 block at (1,1) to (5,1).
8. Drag blue 2×1 block at (1,2) out through the blue gate on the top edge.

Part 4: Steps 9–12

9. Drag yellow 2×1 block at (5,1) to (1,2).
10. Drag green 2×1 block at (5,2) to (1,1).
11. Drag blue 2×1 block at (5,3) to (3,1).

32. Drag green 2×1 block at (1,2) to (2,6).

34. Drag red 1×2 block with a yellow core at (2,3) (it was under Shutter 10) out through the red gate on the top edge. Its outer layer comes off and the yellow block inside stays at (5,1).
35. Drag yellow 1×2 block at (5,1) out through the yellow gate on the top edge.
36. Drag blue 1×2 block with a pink core at (4,3) (it was under Shutter 10) out through the blue gate on the top edge. Its outer layer comes off and the pink block inside stays at (2,1). The pink gate on the left edge opens.

Part 10: Steps 37–38

37. Drag green 2×1 block at (2,6) to (4,5).
38. Drag pink 2×1 block at (5,6) out through the pink gate on the left edge.

Part 11: Steps 39–42

39. Drag green 2×1 block at (1,5) to (3,6).
40. Drag pink 1×2 block at (1,3) (it was under Shutter 10) out through the pink gate on the left edge.
41. Drag pink 1×2 block at (2,1) out through the pink gate on the left edge.
42. Drag red 1×2 block at (3,3) (it was under Shutter 10) out through the red gate on the top edge. Shutter 17 opens and the blocks under it appear.

Part 12: Steps 43–56

43. Drag green 2×1 block at (4,5) to (1,5).
44. Drag green 2×1 block at (3,6) to (5,4).
45. Drag green 2×1 block with a blue core at (3,7) (it was under Shutter 17) to (5,5).
46. Drag red 2×2 block at (3,8) (it was under Shutter 17) out through the red gate on the top edge.
47. Drag yellow 2×1 block at (1,9) (it was under Shutter 17) out through the yellow gate on the top edge. Shutter 19 opens and the blocks under it appear.
48. Drag yellow 1×3 block at (5,7) (it was under Shutter 19) out through the yellow gate on the top edge.
49. Drag blue 1×3 block at (6,7) (it was under Shutter 19) out through the blue gate on the top edge.
50. Drag green 2×1 block at (1,5) out through the green gate on the bottom edge.
51. Drag green 2×1 block at (5,3) out through the green gate on the bottom edge.
52. Drag green 2×1 block at (5,4) out through the green gate on the bottom edge.
53. Drag pink 2×2 block with a yellow core at (1,7) (it was under Shutter 17) out through the pink gate on the left edge. Its outer layer comes off and the yellow block inside stays at (1,5).
54. Drag yellow 2×2 block at (1,5) out through the yellow gate on the top edge.
55. Drag green 2×1 block with a blue core at (5,5) out through the green gate on the bottom edge. Its outer layer comes off and the blue block inside stays at (5,9).
56. Drag blue 2×1 block at (5,9) out through the blue gate on the top edge.

Notes and Precautions

• A block only leaves through a gate of its own color.
• The number on a frozen gate, a Shutter or an ice block counts down every time a block leaves the board. At 0 it opens.
• At the start the Shutter shows 10, 17, 19. The blue gate on the top edge shows 2; the yellow gate on the top edge shows 6; the pink gate on the left edge shows 13. Open at the start: the red gate on the top edge, the green gate on the bottom edge.
• A block marked "(it was under Shutter N)" appeared when that Shutter opened.
• A Layer Block leaves in two parts. The outer layer comes off at its gate and the block inside stays next to the gate, so it needs a second drag.
• Ice blocks do not count down while a Shutter covers them. They start counting when the Shutter opens.

Tips and Tricks

• Do the steps in order. Each part ends when a block leaves the board.
• If a block is not where a step says, check the steps before it.
• The parts that end in a Shutter opening are a good place to check that your board matches.

When the last block leaves, the board is empty and the level is complete.
