Block Out Level 37 takes 37 drags. Each block is drawn in its color and size; (column, row) is the block's top-left cell (for a shaped block, the top-left corner of the box around it).

Part 1: Step 1

  1. Drag yellow 2×2 block at (1,5) out through the yellow gate on the left edge.

Part 2: Steps 2–4

  1. Drag cyan 1×2 block at (1,3) to (2,5).
  2. Drag yellow 1×2 block at (1,1) out through the yellow gate on the left edge. The green gate on the right edge opens.
  3. Drag green 2×2 block at (6,5) out through the green gate on the right edge.

Part 3: Steps 5–10

  1. Drag cyan 1×2 block at (2,5) to (1,1).
  2. Drag cyan 1×2 block at (5,5) to (7,5).
  3. Drag pink 1×2 block at (4,5) to (6,5).
  4. Drag blue 1×2 block at (3,5) to (1,4).
  5. Drag green 3×1 block at (3,7) to (3,5).
  6. Drag yellow 3×1 block at (3,8) out through the yellow gate on the left edge.

Part 4: Steps 11–17

  1. Drag green 3×1 block at (3,5) to (2,6).
  2. Drag pink 1×2 block at (6,5) to (3,7).
  3. Drag cyan 1×2 block at (7,5) to (4,7).
  4. Drag blue 1×2 block at (7,3) out through the blue gate on the bottom edge.
  5. Drag green 3×1 block at (2,6) out through the green gate on the right edge.
  6. Drag blue 1×2 block at (1,4) out through the blue gate on the bottom edge. The red gate on the left edge opens.
  7. Drag green 1×2 block at (1,7) out through the green gate on the right edge.

Part 5: Steps 18–20

  1. Drag cyan 1×2 block at (1,1) to (5,7).
  2. Drag red 1×2 block at (7,7) out through the red gate on the left edge. Shutter 9 opens and the blocks under it appear.
  3. Drag yellow 3-cell shaped block at (3,3) (it was under Shutter 9) out through the yellow gate on the left edge.

Part 6: Steps 21–25

  1. Drag cyan 1×2 block at (5,7) to (7,5).
  2. Drag cyan 1×2 block at (4,7) to (1,7).
  3. Drag pink 1×2 block at (3,7) to (1,3).
  4. Drag pink 1×2 block at (5,3) (it was under Shutter 9) to (1,5).
  5. Drag blue 4-cell shaped block at (3,2) (it was under Shutter 9) out through the blue gate on the bottom edge. The pink gate on the right edge opens. yellow 3-cell shaped block comes out of the generator at (3,2).

Part 7: Steps 26–27

  1. Drag pink 1×2 block at (1,5) to (3,7).
  2. Drag yellow 3-cell shaped block at (3,2) out through the yellow gate on the left edge. cyan 1×2 block comes out of the generator at (3,2).

Part 8: Steps 28–30

  1. Drag cyan 1×2 block at (7,5) to (2,5).
  2. Drag pink 1×2 block at (7,1) out through the pink gate on the right edge.
  3. Drag pink 1×2 block at (3,7) out through the pink gate on the right edge.

Part 9: Steps 31–37

  1. Drag cyan 1×2 block at (2,5) to (5,7).
  2. Drag pink 1×2 block at (1,3) out through the pink gate on the right edge. The cyan gate on the right edge opens.
  3. Drag cyan 1×2 block at (5,7) out through the cyan gate on the right edge.
  4. Drag cyan 1×2 block at (1,7) out through the cyan gate on the right edge.
  5. Drag cyan 1×2 block at (3,2) out through the cyan gate on the right edge. green 3-cell shaped block comes out of the generator at (3,2).
  6. Drag green 3-cell shaped block at (3,2) out through the green gate on the right edge. blue 3×3 block comes out of the generator at (3,2).
  7. Drag blue 3×3 block at (3,2) out through the blue gate on the bottom edge.

Notes and Precautions

  • A block only leaves through a gate of its own color.
  • The number on a frozen gate, a Shutter or an ice block counts down every time a block leaves the board. At 0 it opens.
  • At the start the Shutter shows 9. The green gate on the right edge shows 2; the pink gate on the right edge shows 11; the red gate on the left edge shows 7; the cyan gate on the right edge shows 15. Open at the start: the yellow gate on the left edge, the blue gate on the bottom edge.
  • A block marked "(it was under Shutter N)" appeared when that Shutter opened.
  • A generator is the purple box beside the board. Once the cells in front of it are empty, it pushes its next block in. The number on it is how many blocks it still has.
  • A Layer Block leaves in two parts. The outer layer comes off at its gate and the block inside stays next to the gate, so it needs a second drag.
  • Ice blocks do not count down while a Shutter covers them. They start counting when the Shutter opens.

Tips and Tricks

  • Do the steps in order. Each part ends when a block leaves the board.
  • If a block is not where a step says, check the steps before it.
  • The parts that end in a Shutter opening are a good place to check that your board matches.
